About the event
Each day will begin with a hearty breakfast prepared by our hosts at Fuentes De Lucia. They have lovingly restored a 15th Century farmhouse into a beautiful rural hotel, your home away from home for this wonderful week.
Pack your small day-pack and away we go! We will explore the Asturias area by following local hiking trails along established footpaths, ancient trade routes, through narrow canyons, over mountain passes, along the Senda del Oso (a converted rail track) and into the lake district of Somiedo National Park. Plan to start your morning with a light yoga practice then to be followed by a new hike every day approximately 6-9 miles each day enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding area.
